Lady Charlotte Fermor was born on 14 February 1725.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Fermor, 1st Earl Pomfret and Hon. Henrietta Louisa Jeffreys. She married Hon. William Finch, son of Daniel Finch, 7th Earl of Winchilsea and Hon. Anne Hatton, on 9 August 1746.3 She died on 11 July 1813 at age 88.3
Her married name became Finch.

Thomas Fermor, 1st Earl Pomfret was born on 23 March 1698.2 He was the son of William Fermor, 1st Baron Leominster and Lady Sophia Osborne.2 He married Hon. Henrietta Louisa Jeffreys, daughter of John Jeffreys, 2nd Baron Jeffreys of Wem and Lady Charlotte Herbert, on 14 July 1720 at Easton Neston, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.3 He died on 15 July 1753 at age 55 at Carshalton, Surrey, EnglandG.2
He gained the title of 1st Earl of Pomfret.

George Finch, 9th Earl of Winchilsea was born on 4 November 1752.1 He was the son of Hon. William Finch and Lady Charlotte Fermor.1 He died on 2 August 1826 at age 73, unmarried.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Finch, of Eastwell, Kent [E., 1611] on 2 August 1769.1 He succeeded as the 9th Viscount of Maidstone [E., 1623] on 2 August 1769.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Nottingham [E., 1556] on 2 August 1769.1 He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Winchilsea [E., 1556] on 2 August 1769.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Finch [E., 1660] on 2 August 1769.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Finch of Daventry, co. Northampton [E., 1674] on 2 August 1769.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He fought in the American War of Independence.1 He held the office of a Lord of the Bedchamber between 1777 and 1812.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1779 in the 87th Foot.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland between 1779 and 1826.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1780.1 He was a noted cricketeer for the Marylebone Cricket Club, and sponsor of the acquisiton by Thomas Lord of a cricket ground in Marylebone.1 He was President of the Royal Institute between 1799 and 1813.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1804.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1805.1

Hon. Essex Finch was the daughter of Daniel Finch, 7th Earl of Winchilsea and Hon. Anne Hatton.3 She married Sir Roger Mostyn, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Mostyn, 2nd Bt. and Bridget Savage, on 20 July 1703.3 She died on 23 May 1721.3
Her married name became Mostyn.
