     From 28 June 1922, her married name became Burrowes.¹

     Nigel Bruce Humfrey is the son of Captain Bruce Humfrey.¹ He married Coralie Marguerite Burrowes, daughter of Brigadier Alec Burrowes and Victoria Marguerite Bosanquet, on 19 June 1948.¹

     He emigrated to Australia^G arriving on 1886.¹

     Mary Ann Backholer was born circa 1853.¹ She married Arthur Fiennes Burrowes, son of Reverend Thomas Robert Fiennes Forth Burrowes and Amelia Wintle, on 24 December 1873.¹ She died on 2 June 1952.¹
     She was also known as Marion.¹ From 24 December 1873, her married name became Burrowes.¹

     Arthur Thomas Fiennes Burrowes was born on 7 October 1874.¹ He was the son of Arthur Fiennes Burrowes and Mary Ann Backholer.² He married Mabel Crighton Fortescue Harley on 20 September 1900.¹ He died on 25 May 1950 at age 75.¹

     Mabel Crighton Fortescue Harley married Arthur Thomas Fiennes Burrowes, son of Arthur Fiennes Burrowes and Mary Ann Backholer, on 20 September 1900.¹
     From 20 September 1900, her married name became Burrowes.¹

     Gregory John Shuttleworth was born in 1965 at Winton, Southland, New Zealand.¹ He is the son of Edwin Henry Shuttleworth and Berys Izola Gerken.¹

     Daisy Eileen Forth Burrowes was born on 16 January 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Arthur Fiennes Burrowes and Mary Ann Backholer.² She married Commander Frederick Fisher on 26 June 1911.¹ She died on 25 April 1973 at age 90.¹
     From 26 June 1911, her married name became Fisher.¹

     Violet Erina Burrowes was born on 16 January 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Arthur Fiennes Burrowes and Mary Ann Backholer.² She married Rear-Admiral Ernest William Heathcote Jackman, son of Edwin Jackman, on 2 May 1903.¹ She died on 27 November 1915 at age 32, without issue.¹
     From 2 May 1903, her married name became Jackman.
