     From 17 September 1855, her married name became Murphy.

     Margaret May Murphy was born on 5 June 1857.¹ She was the daughter of John Nicholas Murphy and Alice Mary Leahy.² She married Daniel John Cronin-Coltsmann, son of Daniel Cronin-Coltsmann and Helena Lyons, on 29 April 1879.¹ She died on 11 March 1895 at age 37.¹
     From 29 April 1879, her married name became Cronin-Coltsmann.¹

     Jeremiah Murphy was born on 15 December 1821.¹ He was the son of Nicholas Murphy and Susan Donegan.²

     Nicholas Murphy was the son of Nicholas Murphy and Susan Donegan.² He married, firstly, Maria Frances Molony, daughter of Bartholomew Molony, circa 4 August 1853.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Gertrude Purcell, daughter of Richard Purcell, on 23 January 1877.¹ He died on 10 January 1909.¹
     He was Director of James Murphy & Company, and merged this firm with surrounding distilleries into Cork Distilleries Company in 1867.¹ He lived at Carrigmore, County Laois, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Norwood, County Laois, Ireland^G.¹

     Maria Frances Molony was the daughter of Bartholomew Molony.¹ She married Nicholas Murphy, son of Nicholas Murphy and Susan Donegan, circa 4 August 1853.¹ She died on 8 August 1873, without issue.¹
     From circa 4 August 1853, her married name became Murphy.

     He was a leader of the Irish Independence movement.¹ Cathal Brugha held the office of Minister for Defence in First Dail.¹

     Richard Purcell was Manager of Prov Bank at Cork, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Gertrude Purcell was the daughter of Richard Purcell.² She married Nicholas Murphy, son of Nicholas Murphy and Susan Donegan, on 23 January 1877.¹ She died on 25 September 1932.¹
     From 23 January 1877, her married name became Murphy.

     Nicholas Philip Murphy was born on 13 April 1879.¹ He was the son of Nicholas Murphy and Mary Gertrude Purcell.² He married Elizabeth Waters on 3 July 1917.¹ He died on 8 November 1955 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Oratory School, South Kensington, London, England^G.² He was Director of Cork Distillenes Comapny Ltd.¹ He lived at Myrtle Hill House, Tivoli, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹
