Roderick Peter George Denman was born on 1 December 1894.¹ He was the son of Sir Arthur Denman and Catherine Agnes Conant.² He married Charlotte Marie Mathilde d‘Erlanger, daughter of Baron Raphael d‘Erlanger, on 28 November 1922.¹ He died on 20 November 1941 at age 46 at Libya^G, killed in action.²
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Signals.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Charlotte Marie Mathilde d‘Erlanger was the daughter of Baron Raphael d‘Erlanger.² She married Lt.-Col. Roderick Peter George Denman, son of Sir Arthur Denman and Catherine Agnes Conant, on 28 November 1922.¹ She died in 1980.²
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ From 28 November 1922, her married name became Denman.

     Peter Frederick Arthur Denman was born on 12 December 1923.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Roderick Peter George Denman and Charlotte Marie Mathilde d‘Erlanger.² He married Cornelia Rowenna Guest, daughter of Major Hon. Oscar Montague Guest and Kathleen Susan Paterson, on 6 September 1957.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, in the Intelligence Corps.¹ He lived in 2003 at Dukes House, 23 Lawrence Street, London, England^G.¹

     Albert Escher married Anne Kennedy, daughter of John Kennedy, before 1853.¹ He died before 1853.¹

     Cornelia Rowenna Guest was born on 7 May 1928.² She is the daughter of Major Hon. Oscar Montague Guest and Kathleen Susan Paterson.² She married, firstly, Hugh Dearman Janson, son of Charles Wilfred Janson and Nora Cook, on 9 June 1948.² She and Hugh Dearman Janson were divorced in 1955.² She married, secondly, Peter Frederick Arthur Denman, son of Lt.-Col. Roderick Peter George Denman and Charlotte Marie Mathilde d‘Erlanger, on 6 September 1957.¹

     Francesca Marie-Carola Denman was born on 30 December 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Frederick Arthur Denman and Cornelia Rowenna Guest.²
