     Thomas Warren is the son of Sir Robert Warren, 1st Bt. and Mary Carré.^2,3 He married Anne Townsend, daughter of Edward Mansel Townsend and Anne Baldwin.⁴
     He lived at Prospect Villa, Monkstown, County Cork, Ireland^G.⁴ He was a practising barrister.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Charleville between 1776 and 1783.⁴ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Castlebar between 1783 and 1790.²
