     She gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.¹ From 1992, her married name became Reid. She lived in 2003 at Stable Lodge, Middleton Stoney, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     W/Cdr. Jonathan P. Q. Reid is the son of Sir John Reid.² He married S/Ldr. Lynette Moira Oliviera, daughter of Anthony Benjamin Oliviera and Pamela Avril Maitland-Heriot, in 1992.¹

     Alexander John Anthony Reid was born on 26 April 2000.¹ He is the son of W/Cdr. Jonathan P. Q. Reid and S/Ldr. Lynette Moira Oliviera.²

     Lt.-Col. Gerald Ian Maitland-Heriot was born on 8 May 1898 at Rivadavia, Buenos Aires, Argentina^G.^1,2 He was the son of Frederick Maitland-Heriot and Emily Macaulay Pelly.³ He married Paula Elsie Barbara Gordon, daughter of Cuthbert Henry Gordon, on 5 April 1931.¹ He died on 19 July 1988 at age 90 at South Africa^G.^1,2
     He was educated at Sedbergh School, Sedbergh, Cumbria, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, with 1st Division Artillery, and was gassed.¹ He was awarded the Efficiency Decoration (E.D.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1935 and 1939 in the Calcutta Light Horse.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1947, attached to the Royal Armoured Corps, India.¹

     Cuthbert Henry Gordon lived at India^G.¹

     Paula Elsie Barbara Gordon was the daughter of Cuthbert Henry Gordon.² She married Lt.-Col. Gerald Ian Maitland-Heriot, son of Frederick Maitland-Heriot and Emily Macaulay Pelly, on 5 April 1931.¹ She died in 2004 at Scotland^G.³
     From 5 April 1931, her married name became Maitland-Heriot.¹ She lived in 2003 at Constantia Hill Farm, Belair Drive, Constantia, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹

     Celia Maitland-Heriot was born on 29 June 1934.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Gerald Ian Maitland-Heriot and Paula Elsie Barbara Gordon.² She married Robert Edmund Scott Hanbury, son of Captain Robert Francis Hanbury and Margaret Lucy Scott, on 28 October 1961.¹
     From 28 October 1961, her married name became Hanbury. She lived in 2003 at Drumstinchall, Dalbeattie, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Frederick Coryton is the son of George Edward Coryton.¹

     Robert Edmund Scott Hanbury is the son of Captain Robert Francis Hanbury and Margaret Lucy Scott.² He married Celia Maitland-Heriot, daughter of Lt.-Col. Gerald Ian Maitland-Heriot and Paula Elsie Barbara Gordon, on 28 October 1961.¹
