     Francis Henry Needham was born on 15 March 1847.¹ He was the son of Hon. Francis Henry Needham and Fanny Amelia Hubbard.² He married, firstly, Grace Gore, daughter of St. George Richard Gore and Frances Caldwell, on 23 June 1873.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Abbot Hetherington, daughter of William Carruthers Hetherington, in 1896.¹ He died on 7 July 1928 at age 81.¹

     St. George Richard Gore was born on 22 March 1812.² He was the son of Reverend Thomas Gore and Elizabeth Margaret Corbet.² He married Frances Caldwell, daughter of Edward Caldwell, on 17 August 1840.² He died on 16 August 1871 at age 59.²
     He lived at Lyndhurst, Queensland, Australia^G.²

     Grace Gore was the daughter of St. George Richard Gore and Frances Caldwell.² She married Francis Henry Needham, son of Hon. Francis Henry Needham and Fanny Amelia Hubbard, on 23 June 1873.¹ She died on 11 July 1894.¹
     From 23 June 1873, her married name became Needham.

     He fought in the First World War, with the Australian Imperial Forces.¹

     George McCullagh Reed graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Eileen Frances Reed was the daughter of George McCullagh Reed.² She married Francis Henry Needham, son of Francis Henry Needham and Grace Gore, on 7 September 1909.¹ She died circa 1955.¹
     From 7 September 1909, her married name became Needham.

     Francis Jack Needham was born on 16 May 1915.¹ He was the son of Francis Henry Needham and Eileen Frances Reed.² He died on 23 July 1946 at age 31, from the effects of his war service.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Francis Charles Needham was born on 29 March 1889.¹ He was the son of Francis Henry Needham and Grace Gore.² He married Violet Parker, daughter of William Kaye Parker, on 28 October 1922.¹ He died in 1958.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Australian Society of Accountants (F.A.S.A.)¹
