     Mary Cholmondeley was the daughter of Sir Hugh Cholmondeley and Mary Holford.¹ She married Sir George Calverley.¹ She died in 1616.

     Sir Piers Legh was born in 1563.¹ He is the son of Piers Legh and Catherine Venables.¹ He married, secondly, Dorothy Egerton, daughter of Sir Richard Egerton and Mary Grosvenor, in 1604.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Gerard, daughter of Sir Gilbert Gerard, in 1585.¹
     He was also known as Peter Legh.² He lived at Lyme Park, Cheshire, England.¹ He was educated at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wigan in 1586.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Cheshire in 1594/95.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cheshire in 1597.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1598.¹

     Colonel William Henry Goldney was born in 1851.² He died in 1931.²
