Charles Walter James Dormer, 15th Baron Dormer of Wyng was born on 20 December 1903 at Valetta, MaltaG.1 He was the son of Charles Joseph Thaddeus Dormer, 14th Baron Dormer of Wyng and Caroline May Clifford.1 He married Lady Maureen Thérèse Josephine Noel, daughter of Arthur Edward Joseph Noel, 4th Earl of Gainsborough and Alice Mary Eyre, on 19 February 1944.3 He died on 27 August 1975 at age 71.3
He was educated at Oratory School, South Kensington, London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 15th Baron Dormer of Wyng, co. Buckingham [E., 1615] on 4 May 1922.1 He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Dormer, of Wyng, co.
