     Harold French Burke was born on 28 February 1883.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn.² He died on 9 October 1938 at age 55, unmarried.¹

     Edmund Plunkett Burke was born on 13 June 1885.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn.² He died on 16 August 1964 at age 79, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Assam] between 1931 and 1936.¹ He was Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Assam between 1931 and 1936.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1936.¹

     Michael Laurence Burke was born on 5 June 1888.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn.² He married Joan Gordon Anderson, daughter of Darsie Gordon Anderson, in July 1929.¹ He died on 15 September 1961 at age 73.¹
     He graduated from King’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the King Edward’s Horse.¹

     Darsie Gordon Anderson lived at 45 Belsize Avenue, London, England^G.¹

     Joan Gordon Anderson is the daughter of Darsie Gordon Anderson.² She married Michael Laurence Burke, son of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn, in July 1929.¹
     From July 1929, her married name became Burke.¹

     Norah Rachel Burke was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn.² She married Major Francis Joseph Braithwaite on 2 October 1906.¹ She died on 24 February 1963.¹
     From 2 October 1906, her married name became Braithwaite.¹

     Major Francis Joseph Braithwaite married Norah Rachel Burke, daughter of Lt.-Col. Walter St. George Burke and Mary Ann Amy Macrae Cockburn, on 2 October 1906.¹ He died on 4 November 1914 at East Africa^G, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment.¹
