     Jeremy Herbert Gibbs was born on 26 May 1935 at Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Humphrey Vicary Gibbs and Molly Peel Nelson.¹ He married Alison Douglas Martin, daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas McCrone Martin and Annie Dunlop Galbraith, on 8 April 1958.² He died on 30 January 2022 at age 86 at Portugal.³
     He was educated at Diocesan College, Rondebosch, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ From 8 April 1958, his married name became Martin. He lived in 1999 at Upper Kennards, Leigh, Kent, England^G.¹

     Alison Douglas Martin was born on 6 May 1936.² She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas McCrone Martin and Annie Dunlop Galbraith.^1,3 She married Jeremy Herbert Gibbs, son of Rt. Hon. Sir Humphrey Vicary Gibbs and Molly Peel Nelson, on 8 April 1958.²
     Her married name became Gibbs.

     Lt.-Col. Douglas McCrone Martin was born on 1 August 1897 at Tradeson, Lanarkshire, Scotland.² He was the son of James Martin.³ He married Annie Dunlop Galbraith, daughter of William Brodie Galbraith and Anne Jack Dunlop, on 12 April 1923.⁴ He died in 1975.²
     He lived at Dunchatton, Troon, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.

     Elizabeth Belinda Gibbs was born on 9 March 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Jeremy Herbert Gibbs and Alison Douglas Martin.¹ She married Ferrill D. Roll, son of M. W. Roll, in 1988.¹

     Nigel Henry Vicary Gibbs was born on 24 April 1937.¹ He is the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Humphrey Vicary Gibbs and Molly Peel Nelson.¹ He married Barbara Boitumelo Paterson, daughter of Reverend Canon Edward George Paterson, on 9 September 1967.¹

Augusta Rose Walsh, on 5 June 1894.¹ He died on 1 February 1935 at age 78.¹
