     Mary Harriette Theodora Shephard was the daughter of Rev. Canon John Shephard.² She married Robert Percyvall Hart Dyke, son of Reverend Percival Hart Dyke and Margaret Isabella Peel, on 30 September 1908.¹ She died in 1974.¹
     From 30 September 1908, her married name became Hart Dyke.¹

     From 15 September 1973, her married name became Olsen.¹ She was a general nurse, midwife, maternal and child health nurse.¹ She graduated on 10 September 1993 with a Bachelor of Nursing, with distinction.¹ She graduated in 1999 with a Master of Mental Health Nursing.¹

     Ivy Deakin was born in 1883.² She was the daughter of Alfred Deakin and Elizabeth Martha Anne Browne.¹ She married Herbert Brookes.¹ She died in 1970.²
     Her married name became Brookes.¹
