Sir Henry Northcote, 5th Bt. was born in 1710.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Northcote, 4th Bt. and Penelope Lovett.2 He married Bridget Maria Stafford, daughter of Hugh Stafford, on 16 August 1732.1 He died circa May 1743.1 He was buried on 28 May 1743.2
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Northcote, of Hayne, co. Devon [E., 1641] in February 1729/30.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Exeter between 1735 and 1743.1
