     Martha Pilling McKeand was the daughter of Joseph McKeand.² She married Henry Thomas Crofton, son of General John ffolliott Crofton and Anne Agnes Addison, on 7 September 1871.¹ She died on 22 November 1931.¹
     From 7 September 1871, her married name became Crofton.

     John ffolliott Frederick Crofton was born on 1 January 1877.¹ He was the son of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand.² He married Frederica Fanny Nicholls, daughter of Frederick Nicholls, on 26 February 1913.¹ He died on 3 July 1927 at age 50, without issue.¹
     He was a practising solicitor.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Volunteer Battalion, Cheshire Regiment.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.¹

     Frederick Nicholls lived at Whitstable, Kent, England^G.¹

     Frederica Fanny Nicholls is the daughter of Frederick Nicholls.² She married, firstly, W. F. Allen before 1913.¹ She married, secondly, John ffolliott Frederick Crofton, son of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand, on 26 February 1913.¹
     From before 1913, her married name became Allen.¹ From 26 February 1913, her married name became Crofton.

     Alice Addison Crofton was the daughter of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand.² She died on 24 March 1938.¹

     Gladys Noelle Crofton is the daughter of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand.² She married, firstly, Walter Ellis Williams in January 1913.¹ She married, secondly, William Henry Cleland on 16 September 1920.¹
     From January 1913, her married name became Williams. From 16 September 1920, her married name became Cleland.¹

     Walter Ellis Williams married Gladys Noelle Crofton, daughter of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand, in January 1913.¹
     He was Captain 4th Battalion Middx Regiment.¹
