Harriet Bathurst was born on 19 September 1722.3 She was the daughter of Peter Bathurst and Lady Selina Shirley.1 She married Thomas Charles Tracy, 6th Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole, son of Thomas Charles Tracy, 5th Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole and Elizabeth Keyt, on 10 February 1755.1 She died circa 5 August 1795.1 She was buried on 8 August 1795.4
She was also known as Henrietta Bathurst.3 From 10 February 1755, her married name became Tracy.1 After her marriage, Harriet Bathurst was styled as Viscountess Tracy of Rathcoole on 4 June 1756.
