     Charles Francis Aubone Hare was born in 1881.² He was the son of Francis Cheyne Hare and Marie Desiree Tesniere.² He married Louise Kathleen Simonds, daughter of Louis de Luze Simonds and Mary Elizabeth Turnbull, on 11 May 1907 at St. Leonard’s Church, Cliddesden, Hampshire, England.² He died on 20 October 1928 at Flax Bourton, Somerset, England, while attending a shooting party.²

     Richard Mervyn Hare was born on 21 March 1919 at Blackwell, Somerset, England.² He was the son of Charles Francis Aubone Hare and Louise Kathleen Simonds.^3,4 He married Catherine Verney, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Harry Calvert Williams Verney, 4th Bt. and Lady Rachel Catherine Bruce, on 7 December 1947.¹ He died on 29 January 2002 at age 82.¹
     He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW and worked on the Burma-Thailand Railway.⁴ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.⁴ He was a Fellow at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Fellow, British Academy (F.B.A.)¹ He was White’s Professor Emeritus of Moral Philosophy at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     John Edmund Hare was born on 26 July 1949.¹ He is the son of Richard Mervyn Hare and Catherine Verney.² He married Theresa Forsyth, daughter of William Forsyth, in 1976.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, U.S.A.^G.¹ He was a Professor.¹ He lived in 2003 at 144 Benjamin Street SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S.A.^G.¹
