     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Cheshire Regiment.¹

     Mary Blanche Chetwynd-Stapylton was born on 15 September 1910.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Bryan Henry Chetwynd-Stapylton and Dorothy Constance Ponsonby.² She married Ralph Meredyth Turton, son of Major Robert Bell Turton and Marion Edith Beaumont, on 22 February 1936.¹ She died on 31 January 2009 at age 98.³
     Her married name became Turton. She lived in 2003 at Forge Cottage, Kildale, Whitby, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Priscilla Wright was born circa 1922.² She was the daughter of Major Robert Gerald Wright.³ She married Edward Henry Chetwynd-Stapylton, son of Colonel Bryan Henry Chetwynd-Stapylton and Dorothy Constance Ponsonby, on 18 July 1957.¹ She died on 20 February 2007 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.²
     Her married name became Chetwynd-Stapylton. She lived in 2003 at Ewelands House, Felixkirk, Thirsk, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Major Robert Gerald Wright lived at Tunstall Grange, Richmond, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Miles Edward Chetwynd-Stapylton was born on 30 June 1958.¹ He is the son of Edward Henry Chetwynd-Stapylton and Priscilla Wright.² He married Caroline Siwy, daughter of Jan Siwy, in 1987.¹
     He was educated at Bradfield School, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 51 Marston St, Oxford.¹

     Ralph Meredyth Turton was born on 8 July 1908.² He was the son of Major Robert Bell Turton and Marion Edith Beaumont.³ He married Mary Blanche Chetwynd-Stapylton, daughter of Colonel Bryan Henry Chetwynd-Stapylton and Dorothy Constance Ponsonby, on 22 February 1936.⁴ He died in February 1988 at age 79.^4,2
     He was a practising solicitor.⁴ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)⁴ He lived at Kildale Hall, Whitby, Yorkshire, England.⁴

     Major Robert Bell Turton was the son of Edmund Henry Turton and Lady Cecilia Mary Leeson. He married Marion Edith Beaumont, daughter of Lt.-Col. Godfrey Wentworth Beaumont and Anna Maria Blackett, on 2 September 1897.¹ He died on 18 March 1938.¹

     Barbara Margaret Chetwynd-Stapylton was born circa 1867.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Granville George Chetwynd-Stapylton and Lady Barbara Emily Maria Leeson.³ She died on 4 January 1955, unmarried.¹

     Major Granville Joseph Chetwynd-Stapylton was born on 11 September 1871.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Granville George Chetwynd-Stapylton and Lady Barbara Emily Maria Leeson.² He married Elizabeth Grace Lethbridge, daughter of Christopher Lethbridge and Mary Ann Stokes, on 17 February 1906.¹ He died on 25 August 1914 at age 42, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Field Artillery.³ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Elizabeth Grace Lethbridge was born in 1877 at Kidbrook, Kent, England.² She was the daughter of Christopher Lethbridge and Mary Ann Stokes.^3,2 She married Major Granville Joseph Chetwynd-Stapylton, son of Lt.-Gen. Granville George Chetwynd-Stapylton and Lady Barbara Emily Maria Leeson, on 17 February 1906.¹ She died on 14 April 1930.¹
     Her married name became Chetwynd-Stapylton.
