     William Frederic March Phillipps was born in 1835.1 He was the son of Reverend Edward Thomas March Phillipps and unknown Hayes.1 He married Emily Catherine Leeds, daughter of Sir Joseph Edward Leeds, 2nd Bt. and Marian Stretton, on 21 August 1866.1 He died on 27 September 1901, without issue.1

     Emily Catherine Leeds was the daughter of Sir Joseph Edward Leeds, 2nd Bt. and Marian Stretton.1 She married William Frederic March Phillipps, son of Reverend Edward Thomas March Phillipps and unknown Hayes, on 21 August 1866.1 She died on 25 March 1915, without issue.1
     From 21 August 1866, her married name became March Phillipps.1

Sir Joseph Edward Leeds, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Joseph Edward Leeds, 2nd Bt. was born on 31 October 1798.2 He is the son of Sir George William Leeds, 1st Bt. and Maria Sanderson.3 He married Marian Stretton, daughter of William Thomas Stretton, on 9 September 1822.2 He died on 13 May 1862 at age 63.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Leeds, of Croxton Park, co. Cambridge [U.K., 1812] on 19 July 1838.2

     From 9 September 1845, her married name became Smythies.1
