     Edwin Rudolph Joseph March Phillipps de Lisle was born on 2 February 1948.² He is the son of Ambrose Paul Jordan March Phillipps de Lisle and Christiane de Conchy.² He married Caroline Astrid Rowley, daughter of Sir Charles Robert Rowley, 7th and 8th Bt. and Astrid Pennington Cleife Massey, in 1979.¹

     Arabella Dawson was the daughter of Thomas Dawson.¹ She married Admiral Sir William Rowley, son of William Rowley and Elizabeth Baldwin, before 21 July 1729.¹ She died in February 1784.¹
