     Sir Herbert Scarisbrick Naylor-Leyland, 1st Bt. was born on 24 January 1864.¹ He was the son of Tom Naylor-Leyland and Mary Anne Scarisbrick.² He married Jeannie Willson Chamberlain, daughter of William Selah Chamberlain, on 5 September 1889.¹ He died on 7 May 1899 at age 35.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Life Guards, Reserve of Officers.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Colcheste between 1892 and 1895.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Naylor-Leyland, of Hyde Park House, Albert Gate, London [U.K.] on 31 August 1895.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Zoological Society (F.Z.S.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Agriculture Socities (F.R.Ag.S.)¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Southport between 1898 and 1899.¹

     William Selah Chamberlain was born on 28 September 1834 at Pennsylvania, U.S.A.² He was the son of Joseph Chamberlain and Jane Linton.² He died on 5 February 1914 at age 79 at San Diego, California, U.S.A.² He was buried at Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.²
     He lived at Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Jeannie Willson Chamberlain was the daughter of William Selah Chamberlain.² She married Sir Herbert Scarisbrick Naylor-Leyland, 1st Bt., son of Tom Naylor-Leyland and Mary Anne Scarisbrick, on 5 September 1889.¹ She died on 10 March 1932.¹
     From 5 September 1889, her married name became Naylor-Leyland.

     Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt. was born on 6 December 1890.¹ He was the son of Sir Herbert Scarisbrick Naylor-Leyland, 1st Bt. and Jeannie Willson Chamberlain.² He married, firstly, Marguerite de Belabre, daughter of Baron unknown de Belabre, on 10 April 1923.¹ He died on 23 September 1952 at age 61.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Naylor-Leyland, of Hyde Park House, Albert Gate, London [U.K., 1895] on 7 May 1899.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was Honourable Attaché to Berne and Paris.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Denbighshire in 1921.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Denbighshire.¹

     Baron unknown de Belabre held the office of French Minister for Foreign Affairs.¹

     Marguerite de Belabre was the daughter of Baron unknown de Belabre.² She married Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Herbert Scarisbrick Naylor-Leyland, 1st Bt. and Jeannie Willson Chamberlain, on 10 April 1923.¹ She died on 26 January 1945.¹
     From 10 April 1923, her married name became Naylor-Leyland.

     William Wells was born in 1729.² He married Susanna Neave, daughter of James Neave and Susanna Truman.¹ He died in 1805.¹
     He lived at Bickley Hall, Kent, England^G.¹

     Michael Montague George Naylor-Leyland was born on 21 February 1926.¹ He was the son of Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt. and Marguerite de Belabre.² He married Jacqueline Marie Françoise Floor, daughter of Major Ides Floor, on 8 April 1953.¹ He died on 8 August 2012 at age 86.³
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Life Guards.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He lived in 2003 at The Red House, Lacock, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Major Ides Floor lived at East Grinstead, Sussex, England^G.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     Jacqueline Marie Françoise Floor is the daughter of Major Ides Floor.² She married Michael Montague George Naylor-Leyland, son of Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt. and Marguerite de Belabre, on 8 April 1953.¹
     From 8 April 1953, her married name became Naylor-Leyland.
