     James Dalison Alexander was born on 5 March 1846.² He was the son of James Alexander and Anna Maria Julia Dalison.² He married Lady Emily Harriet Catherine Boyle, daughter of Richard Edmund St. Lawrence Boyle, 9th Earl of Cork and Lady Emily Charlotte de Burgh, on 27 January 1885.³ He died on 21 October 1914 at age 68.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Captain in the West Kent Yeomanry Cavalry.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He lived at Oakbank, Sevenoaks, Kent, England^G.²

     Captain Anthony Thomas Abdy was born in 1780.³ He was the son of Reverend Thomas Abdy and Mary Hayes.¹ He married Grace Rich, daughter of Admiral Sir Thomas Rich, 5th Bt., on 12 August 1808 at Bath, Somerset, England.^1,3 He died on 9 June 1838 at Clapham, Surrey, England.^1,3
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Grace Rich was born illegitimately before 1793.¹ She was the daughter of Admiral Sir Thomas Rich, 5th Bt.¹ She married Captain Anthony Thomas Abdy, son of Reverend Thomas Abdy and Mary Hayes, on 12 August 1808 at Bath, Somerset, England.^1,2
     From 12 August 1808, her married name became Abdy.

     Admiral Sir Thomas Rich, 5th Bt. was born circa 1733.² He was the son of Sir William Rich, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Royall.³ He married Anne Willis, daughter of Richard Willis.⁴ He died on 6 April 1803 at Sonning, Berkshire, England, without legitimate issue.^1,5,4
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Rich, of Sonning, co. Berks [E., 1661] on 17 July 1762.^1,4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Marlow between 1784 and 1790.⁶ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy.⁴

     Reverend Thomas Abdy was born on 5 December 1755.¹ He was the son of Thomas Rutherforth and Charlotte Elizabeth Abdy.¹ He married Mary Hayes, daughter of James Hayes, on 13 January 1778.¹ He died on 14 October 1798 at age 42.¹
     He was given the name of Thomas Abdy Rutherforth at birth. On 3 June 1775 his name was legally changed to Thomas Abdy by Royal License, on acocunt of his succeeding to the estates of his uncle, Sir Anthony Abdy, 5th Baronet of Chobham Place, and his granfathers third cousin, Sir John Abdy, 4th Baronet of Albyns.¹

     Mary Hayes was the daughter of James Hayes.¹ She married Reverend Thomas Abdy, son of Thomas Rutherforth and Charlotte Elizabeth Abdy, on 13 January 1778.¹ She died on 8 December 1820.¹
     From 13 January 1778, her married name became Abdy.¹

     James Hayes was admitted to Middle Temple, as a Bencher.¹ He lived at Holyport, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Janet Merle Hamilton-Faulkner was the daughter of Harold Hamilton-Faulkner.¹ She married Roderick Nigel Godolphin Trench, 8th Baron Ashtown, son of Nigel Clive Cosby Trench, 7th Baron Ashtown and Marcelle Catherine van Kloetinge, on 27 June 1967.¹ She died in 1971.¹
     From 27 June 1967, her married name became Trench.¹

     Harold Hamilton-Faulkner lived at Redwood City, California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Major Anthony Bangor Ward was born on 19 September 1918.¹ He was the son of Lancelot Bangor Ward and Agnes Frances Jean Marsh-Dunn.¹ He died on 11 May 1944 at age 25 at Burma^G, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 1st/10th Gurkha Rifles.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹
