     Alwine Mona Ivy Brougham was born on 24 December 1891 at Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.² She married John Harold Bruce Lockhart, son of Robert Bruce Lockhart and Florence Stewart Macgregor, on 2 August 1913 at Parish Church of St. John the Baptist, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.^1,2 She died on 28 May 1980 at age 88 at Cumbria, England.²
     From 2 August 1913, her married name became Bruce Lockhart.¹

     Rt. Rev. Campbell Richard Hone was born on 13 September 1873 at Manchester, Lancashire, England.² He was the son of Reverend Evelyn Joseph Hone and Constance Jane Monro.² He married Emily Maude Weaver, daughter of Frederick Poynton Weaver and Mary Berry Wright, on 1 January 1914 at Hampstead, London, England.⁴ He died on 16 May 1967 at age 93.²
