     He held the office of Sheriff of Staffordshire.1 He lived at Whitmore, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1

     Sarah Bunbury was baptised on 20 April 1709 at St. Alphage Church.2 She was the daughter of William Bunbury.1 She married Edward Mainwaring, son of Edward Mainwaring and Jemima Pye, on 29 May 1735.1 She died on 29 November 1798 at age 89.1
     From 29 May 1735, her married name became Mainwaring.1 She was a schoolteacher at Bath, Somerset, England.2
