     John Grey was born on 8 July 1899.¹ He was the son of Egerton Spencer Grey and Ethel Harriet Wigan.² He married Nancy Augusta Nickalls, daughter of Vivian Nickalls and Augusta Dunthorne Bailey, on 6 October 1926.¹ He died in 1979.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He graduated with a AADip.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institute of British Architects (F.R.I.B.A.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Art (F.R.S.A.)¹

     Vivian Nickalls was born in 1871.² He was the son of Tom Nickalls and Emily Quihampton.² He married Augusta Dunthorne Bailey, daughter of Sir James Bailey and Catherine Smith.² He died in 1947.²
     He lived at The High House, Newbury, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Nancy Augusta Nickalls was the daughter of Vivian Nickalls and Augusta Dunthorne Bailey.^2,3 She married John Grey, son of Egerton Spencer Grey and Ethel Harriet Wigan, on 6 October 1926.¹ She died in 1984.¹

     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹ He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.)¹ He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1954 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was Clerk Assistant, House of Lords between 1974 and 1988.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1981.¹ He lived in 2003 at 51 St. Peter’s Road, West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, England^G.¹

     Colonel Walter Francis Hanna married Kathleen Ethel Madeline Grey, daughter of Egerton Spencer Grey and Ethel Harriet Wigan, on 29 September 1923.¹ He died on 1 March 1963.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Patricia Grey Hanna is the daughter of Colonel Walter Francis Hanna and Kathleen Ethel Madeline Grey.^2,1 She married John Egerton Grey, son of John Grey and Nancy Augusta Nickalls, on 7 January 1961.¹
     From 7 January 1961, her married name became Grey.

     2nd Lt. William Grey was born on 27 April 1932.¹ He was the son of John Grey and Nancy Augusta Nickalls.² He died on 27 November 1951 at age 19 at Malaysia^G, on active service.¹
     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹ He fought in the Malaya Emergency.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Cameronians.¹

     Kathleen Ethel Madeline Grey was born on 7 June 1897.¹ She was the daughter of Egerton Spencer Grey and Ethel Harriet Wigan.² She married Colonel Walter Francis Hanna on 29 September 1923.¹ She died in 1976 at Essex, England.³
     From 29 September 1923, her married name became Hanna.

     June Rose Charlotte Rachel Gurney was born circa 1924.² She was the daughter of Daniel Walter Thomas Gurney and Charlotte Edith Annette Troubridge.^1,2 She married Robert Duncan Fyfe before 1990.¹ She married, secondly, David John Napier Edward Yorke, son of Hon. Claude John Yorke and Fay Zarifi, in 1990.¹ She died on 23 July 2014 at Eaton Lodge, England.²
