Sir Henry Mackworth, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Henry Mackworth, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Mackworth, 1st Bt. and Margaret Hall.2 He married Mary Hopton, daughter of Robert Hopton.1 He died in August 1640.3
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mackworth [E., 1619] in March 1625/26.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Rutland from 1627 to 1628.3

     Sir William Hartopp was the son of Sir Thomas Hartopp and Dorothy Bendish.1 He married, firstly, Agnes Lister, daughter of Sir Martin Lister.1 He married Hon. Elizabeth Poulett, daughter of John Poulett, 1st Baron Poulett and Elizabeth Kenn.2 He died circa 1700.1
     He lived at Rotherly, Leicestershire, EnglandG.2 He was appointed Knight on 19 June 1660.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Leicester in 1667.1 He lived at Rotherby, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1
