He lived at Upper Cary, Devon, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer in 1386.1 On 20 August 1387 at Shrewsbury, Shropshire, EnglandG, he was one of the judges summoned by King Richard II.1 In 1388 he was impeached and banished to Waterford.1
