     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1842 entitled to practise as a barrister.² He held the office of Recorder of Penzance between 1862 and 1872.² He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1867.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Penryn and Falmouth between 1874 and 1880.¹ He held the office of Recorder of Plymouth and Devonport.²

     Georgina Stone was born on 11 November 1820 at Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ She married Henry Thomas Cole, son of Captain George Cole and Sally Crozier, on 10 September 1846 at Clevedon, Somerset, England.² She died in 1889 at Hackney, London, England.²
     From circa September 1846, her married name became Cole.¹

     Charles John Cole was born in 1853 at Marylebone, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Henry Thomas Cole and Georgina Stone.¹ He married Edith Mary Hutchison Coleridge in 1884.¹ He died in 1915.¹

     Edith Mary Hutchison Coleridge married Charles John Cole, son of Henry Thomas Cole and Georgina Stone, in 1884.¹
     From 1884, her married name became Cole.¹

     Carlos Ercoli married Patricia Mackaskie Cole, daughter of Coleridge Henry Tillerade Cole and Dorothy Cuningham Mackaskie, on 25 June 1962 at Rome, Italy^G.¹

     Moses Gabriel Worms was the son of Gabriel Moses Worms and Hindchen Mendler Ottingen.¹ He died on 30 November 1802.¹
