Henry Thomas Cole1 
He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1842 entitled to practise as a barrister.2 He held the office of Recorder of Penzance between 1862 and 1872.2 He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1867.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Penryn and Falmouth between 1874 and 1880.1 He held the office of Recorder of Plymouth and Devonport.2
