     George Gideon Oliver Osborne was born on 23 May 1971.³ He is the son of Sir Peter George Osborne, 17th Bt. and Felicity Alexandra Loxton-Peacock.^1,3 He married Hon. Frances Victoria Howell, daughter of David Arthur Russell Howell, Baron Howell of Guildford and Cary Davina Wallace, on 4 April 1998.¹ He and Hon. Frances Victoria Howell were divorced in 2019.⁴
