     Mary Amy Fergusson was the daughter of Thomas Fergusson.¹ She married Edmund Maghlin Blood, son of Neptune Blood and Bridget Roche, in 1851.¹ She died on 8 October 1899, aged 84.¹
     From 1851, her married name became Blood.¹

     Neptune William Blood was born on 7 July 1853.¹ He was the son of Edmund Maghlin Blood and Mary Amy Fergusson.¹ He married, firstly, Constance Rebecca Curre, daughter of Edward Matthew Curre, on 26 July 1877.¹ He and Constance Rebecca Curre were divorced.¹ He married, secondly, Letitia Anne Roberts Sponagle, daughter of James S. Sponagle, on 25 May 1901.^1,2 He died on 14 January 1920 at age 66.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1876 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a stockbroker at London, England^G.¹ He lived at Brickhill, Cratloe, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹

     Constance Rebecca Curre was the daughter of Edward Matthew Curre.¹ She married Neptune William Blood, son of Edmund Maghlin Blood and Mary Amy Fergusson, on 26 July 1877.¹ She and Neptune William Blood were divorced.¹ She died on 18 July 1934.¹
     From 26 July 1877, her married name became Blood.¹

     Edward Matthew Curre lived at Itton Court, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales^G.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Sargent Edmund Maghlin Blood was born on 13 June 1878.¹ He was the son of Neptune William Blood and Constance Rebecca Curre.¹ He died on 16 July 1900 of a fever, at age 22, at Kimberley, Cape Province, South Africa^G, unmarried.¹
     He fought in the Boer War, as a Sargent with the Imperial Yeomen.¹
