     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived in 1976 at 116 Cheltenham Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, England^G.¹

     George Franc Woodward Stoney was born on 29 March 1874.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Sadleir Stoney and Emma Sophia Christina Durrant.¹ He died on 25 August 1874.¹

     Lt.-Col. Leigh Sadleir Stoney was born on 19 April 1878.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Sadleir Stoney and Emma Sophia Christina Durrant.¹ He married Anna Theodosia Hester Eccles, daughter of John Stuart Eccles and Caroline Frances Browne, on 20 December 1899.¹ He died on 20 June 1930 at age 52.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He fought in the Lieutenant-Colonel, 4th Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Queen’s County.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Queen’s County in 1911.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Franc Aubrey Sadleir Stoney was born on 23 May 1875.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Sadleir Stoney and Emma Sophia Christina Durrant.¹ He died on 15 February 1963 at age 87, without issue.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Anna Theodosia Hester Eccles was the daughter of John Stuart Eccles and Caroline Frances Browne.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Leigh Sadleir Stoney, son of Lt.-Col. Francis Sadleir Stoney and Emma Sophia Christina Durrant, on 20 December 1899.¹ She died on 8 July 1960.¹
     From 20 December 1899, her married name became Stoney.¹

     John Stuart Eccles married Caroline Frances Browne, daughter of Thomas Richardson Browne and Sarah de Montmorency, on 23 May 1871.² He died in 1886.²
     He lived at Ecclesville, Fintona, County Tyrone, Ireland^G.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Tyrone.²

     Rachel Kathleen Rachel Stoney was born on 10 October 1900.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Leigh Sadleir Stoney and Anna Theodosia Hester Eccles.¹ She married William Frank Sugden, son of Frederick Arthur Sugden, on 19 February 1927.¹ She died on 17 September 1973 at age 72.¹
     From 19 February 1927, her married name became Sugden.¹

     William Frank Sugden was the son of Frederick Arthur Sugden.¹ He married Rachel Kathleen Rachel Stoney, daughter of Lt.-Col. Leigh Sadleir Stoney and Anna Theodosia Hester Eccles, on 19 February 1927.¹ He died on 4 December 1973.¹
     He had two sons.¹
