     Major Edmund James Dease was born on 1 October 1861.² He was the son of Edmund Gerald Dease and Mary Grattan.¹ He married Mabel More O’Ferrall, daughter of Ambrose More O’Ferrall, on 28 April 1896.² He died on 1 October 1945 at age 84.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the 4th Battalion Royal Fusiliers.² He held the office of High Sheriff in 1908.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He held the office of Resident Magistrate County Tipperary.² He lived at Rath House, Ballybrittas, County Laois, Ireland^G.¹

     Patrick Rory Bland was born on 14 August 1938.¹ He is the son of William Bland and Marion Dease.¹ He married Patricia Mary Lund Roberts, daughter of John MacGregor Lund Roberts, on 14 August 1971.¹
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Goethe Institute, Munich, Germany^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.)¹ He lived at Rath House, Ballybrittas, County Laois, Ireland^G, jure matris.¹

     Patricia Mary Lund Roberts is the daughter of John MacGregor Lund Roberts.¹ She married Patrick Rory Bland, son of William Bland and Marion Dease, on 14 August 1971.¹
     From 14 August 1971, her married name became Bland.¹

     John MacGregor Lund Roberts lived at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada^G.¹ He lived at Crowborough House, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Edmund James Dease Bland was born on 8 June 1972.¹ He is the son of Patrick Rory Bland and Patricia Mary Lund Roberts.¹

     Julia Gabrielle Lund Bland was born on 4 March 1974.¹ She is the daughter of Patrick Rory Bland and Patricia Mary Lund Roberts.¹

     Richard Dease married Elizabeth Nugent.¹
     He succeeded circa 1568 to Turbotston, Mayne, County Westmeath, Ireland^G.¹ He was appointed Commissioner for Musters, County Westmeath on 12 May 1583.¹ He was Commissioner for Musters, County Westmeath on 4 July 1584, and again.¹ An Edmond Dease reportedly purchased Turbotstown House in 1272. A James Dease, of Turbotstown, occured in the roll of gentry of Liberty of Trim in 1436.¹

     Elizabeth Nugent married Richard Dease.¹
     She lived at Carlanstown, County Westmeath, Ireland^G.¹ Her married name became Dease.¹

     James Dease was the son of Richard Dease and Elizabeth Nugent.¹ He married Margaret Leicester.¹ His will (dated 5 January 1629) was proven (by probate) on 10 March 1629.¹
     He was included in a pardon on 9 June 1602.¹ He lived at Turbotston, Mayne, County Westmeath, Ireland^G.¹
