     Hon. Martin ffrench was born in April 1793.2 He was the son of Thomas Hamilton ffrench, 2nd Baron ffrench of Castle ffrench and Margaret Redington.3 He married Margaret Bodkin, daughter of Major Thomas Bodkin, on 1 December 1825.2 He died on 27 November 1871 at age 78.2
     He lived at Ballinmore Park, County Galway, IrelandG.4
