     Samuel Thomas Blake Butler was born on 18 June 1949.² He is the son of John Stewart Blake Butler and Stephanie Elizabeth Swann.¹

     FitzWalter Butler was born on 29 September 1889.² He was the son of Theobald FitzWalter Butler and Catherine Elizabeth Barraclough.^1,3 He married Doris Emma Pollok, daughter of Robert Pollok, on 22 December 1920.² He died in 1979.¹
     He was educated at Neuwied am Rhein, Germany^G.² He lived in 1976 at 69 Cheveley Park, Grantham, Lincolnshire, England^G.²

     Theobald FitzWalter Butler was born on 13 September 1921.² He was the son of FitzWalter Butler and Doris Emma Pollok.^1,3 He married Patricia Penelope Lowe, daughter of Richard Lowe, on 3 April 1951.² He died on 13 October 1999 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Middleton, Lancashire, England^G.² He fought in the Second World War between 1941 and 1946, with the Royal Air Force in India and Singapore.² He lived in 1976 at 29 Queen Street, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was registered as a Associate, Chartered Insitutute of Secretaries (A.C.I.S.)²

     Richard Lowe lived at Donaghadee, County Down, Ireland^G.¹

     Patricia Penelope Lowe is the daughter of Richard Lowe.¹ She married Theobald FitzWalter Butler, son of FitzWalter Butler and Doris Emma Pollok, on 3 April 1951.²
     From 3 April 1951, her married name became Butler. She lived in 2003 at Little Croft, 7 Spooner Vale, Windermere, Cumbria, England^G.¹

     Judith Margaret Butler was born on 15 November 1953.² She is the daughter of Theobald FitzWalter Butler and Patricia Penelope Lowe.¹ She married Paul Llewelyn Evans in 1977.¹
     She graduated from University College, Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales^G, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ She graduated from Wolverhampton Teacher Training College, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England^G, with a Certificate of Education (Cert.Ed.)¹ From 1977, her married name became Evans.
