     Ethel Hulda Frances Beamish was born in 1872.¹ She was the daughter of North Ludlow Axel Beamish and Edith Anne Thompson.¹ She died on 5 July 1896, unmarried.¹

     Major William Adolph Beamish was born on 16 June 1844.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. North Ludlow Beamish and Aline Marie Forsstrom.¹ He married Margaret Murphy, daughter of Thomas Murphy, on 16 September 1881.¹ He died on 23 August 1930 at age 86.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He retired from the military in 1872, with the rank of Major, late of the 31st Foot.¹

     Margaret Murphy was the daughter of Thomas Murphy.¹ She married Major William Adolph Beamish, son of Lt.-Col. North Ludlow Beamish and Aline Marie Forsstrom, on 16 September 1881.¹ She died on 23 April 1897.¹
     From 16 September 1881, her married name became Beamish.¹

     Thomas Murphy lived at Glenbrook, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     William Ludlow Barry Beamish was born on 8 August 1885.¹ He was the son of Major William Adolph Beamish and Margaret Murphy.¹ He died on 9 April 1947 at age 61, unmarried.¹

     George John Francis Beamish was born on 13 April 1887.¹ He was the son of Major William Adolph Beamish and Margaret Murphy.¹ He married, firstly, Anna Maria Howard.¹ He and Anna Maria Howard were divorced.¹ He married, secondly, Julia Amanda Smith, daughter of Captain Lott Smith.¹ He died on 10 February 1967 at age 79.¹
     He was educated at Prior Park College, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He was in business in Canada and the U.S.A.¹

     Anna Maria Howard married George John Francis Beamish, son of Major William Adolph Beamish and Margaret Murphy.¹ She and George John Francis Beamish were divorced.¹ She died on 3 January 1950.¹
     She lived at County Clare, Ireland^G.¹ Her married name became Beamish.¹

     Alice Beamish is the daughter of George John Francis Beamish and Anna Maria Howard.¹
     As of 1976, Alice Beamish lived at 6117 Glen Oak, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Julia Amanda Smith was the daughter of Captain Lott Smith.¹ She married George John Francis Beamish, son of Major William Adolph Beamish and Margaret Murphy.¹ She died on 1 January 1958.¹
     Her married name became Beamish.¹
