     Richard Beamish was born in 1832.¹ He was the son of Richard Beamish and Susan Becher Hungerford.¹ He married Maria Bleazby, daughter of William John Bleazby and Maria Smithwick, on 9 March 1876 in a childless marriage.¹ He died on 31 October 1916.¹

     Maria Bleazby was born on 9 October 1840 at Rosscarbery, County Cork, Ireland^G.² She was the daughter of William John Bleazby and Maria Smithwick.^1,2 She was baptised on 27 October 1840.² She married Richard Beamish, son of Richard Beamish and Susan Becher Hungerford, on 9 March 1876 in a childless marriage.¹ She died in November 1928 at age 88.¹
     From 9 March 1876, her married name became Beamish.¹

     William John Bleazby was born circa 1805.² He married Maria Smithwick, daughter of Michael Smithwick, on 1 July 1826 at Gretna Green, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.² He died circa January 1881 at Rosscarbery, County Cork, Ireland^G.³ He was buried on 21 January 1881.³
     He lived at Bleazby Hall, Rosscarbery, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Thomas Beamish was born on 23 March 1838.¹ He was the son of Richard Beamish and Susan Becher Hungerford.¹ He married, firstly, Harriet Sophia Walker, daughter of Reverend Thomas Walker, on 20 May 1865 in a childless marriage.¹ He married, secondly, Anna Jane Topp, daughter of John William Topp, on 2 August 1876.¹ He died on 27 July 1924 at age 86.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at Castleview, Passage West, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Harriet Sophia Walker was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Walker.¹ She married Thomas Beamish, son of Richard Beamish and Susan Becher Hungerford, on 20 May 1865 in a childless marriage.¹ She died on 29 June 1875.¹
     From 20 May 1865, her married name became Beamish.¹

     Reverend Thomas Walker was the Rector of Kilmaloda, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Anna Jane Topp was the daughter of John William Topp.¹ She married Thomas Beamish, son of Richard Beamish and Susan Becher Hungerford, on 2 August 1876.¹ She died on 13 September 1905.¹
     From 2 August 1876, her married name became Beamish.¹

     John William Topp lived at Bellevue, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Major Richard de Beaumont Beamish was born on 2 September 1877.¹ He was the son of Thomas Beamish and Anna Jane Topp.¹ He married Edith Elizabeth Payne, daughter of Somers Henry Payne, on 25 August 1920.¹ He died on 17 January 1970 at age 92.¹
     He graduated from Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Cork Artillery.¹ He lived at Castleview, Passage West, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1909 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-law.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Garrison Artillery Supplementary Reserve.¹ He lived at Wyke, Mill Terrace, Weston Colville, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹

     Edith Elizabeth Payne was the daughter of Somers Henry Payne.¹ She married Major Richard de Beaumont Beamish, son of Thomas Beamish and Anna Jane Topp, on 25 August 1920.¹ She died on 11 March 1966.¹
     From 25 August 1920, her married name became Beamish.¹
