George Poulett, 8th Earl Poulett 2

     George Amias Fitzwarrine Poulett, 8th Earl Poulett was born on 23 June 1909.1 He was the son of William John Lydston Poulett, 7th Earl Poulett and Sylvia Lilian Storey.1,3 He married, firstly, Oriel Ross Swinstead, daughter of Reverend John Howard Swinstead and Hannah Sclater Humphrey, on 21 June 1935.1 He and Oriel Ross Swinstead were divorced. He married, secondly, Lorraine Lawrence, daughter of Waklin Lawrence, on 17 December 1941.4,3 He married, thirdly, Margaret Christine Ball, daughter of Wilfred John Peter Ball, on 12 September 1968.5 He died on 1 March 1973 at age 63.5
     He succeeded as the 8th Earl Poulett [G.B., 1706] on 11 July 1918.3 He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Hinton, of Hinton St. George, Somerset [G.B., 1706] on 11 July 1918.3 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Poulett, of Hinton St. George, Somerset [E., 1627] on 11 July 1918.3
