     Lt.-Col. James Stephen Fitzgerald was the son of Reverend James Fitzgerald.² He married Geraldine Margaret Cooke-Collis, daughter of Lt.-Col. William Cooke-Collis and Catherine Maria Oliphant, on 18 August 1904.¹ He died on 7 April 1927 at Gibraltar^G, killed.^1,2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Irish Regiment.¹ He had one daughter.²

     Brigadier John Aiton Bell lived at Long Valley, Echo Barn Lane, Farnham, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     James Richard Lyddon married Edna Maud Cusselle, daughter of Albert John Tweed Cusselle, before 1946.¹

     Rosabel Fynn is the daughter of Arthur Henry Fynn.¹ She married, firstly, Major Arthur Ivor Stewart-Liberty before 1954.¹ She married, secondly, David Robert Fremantle, son of Admiral Sir Sydney Robert Fremantle and Lelia Hope Fremantle, on 5 February 1954.¹ She and David Robert Fremantle were divorced in 1976.¹
     From before 1954, her married name became Stewart-Liberty.¹ From 5 February 1954, her married name became Fremantle.¹

     Sir George Montgomery of Magbiehill, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1763.² He was the son of Sir William Montgomery of Magbiehill, 1st Bt. and Anne Evatt.¹ He died on 9 July 1831, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peebles-shire.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Montgomery, of Magbiehill [G.B., 1774] on 23 December 1788.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Colonel Robert Montgomery was born on 26 February 1767.¹ He was the son of Sir William Montgomery of Magbiehill, 1st Bt. and Anne Evatt.¹ He died on 6 April 1803 at age 36, killed in a duel with Captain Macnamara, after their two Newfoundland dogs quarrelled in Hyde Park.^1,2
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 19th Regiment.¹

     Major Arthur Ivor Stewart-Liberty was born in 1916.² He married Elizabeth Cicely Stuart, daughter of Hamish Hay Stuart.² He married Rosabel Fynn, daughter of Arthur Henry Fynn, before 1954.¹ He died in 1990.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Buckinghamshire Yeomanry.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Harriet Montgomery was the daughter of Sir William Montgomery of Magbiehill, 1st Bt. and Anne Evatt.¹ She married George Byng, son of George Byng and Anne Conolly.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Byng.²

     George Byng was born on 17 May 1764.² He is the son of George Byng and Anne Conolly.² He married Harriet Montgomery, daughter of Sir William Montgomery of Magbiehill, 1st Bt. and Anne Evatt.¹ He died on 10 January 1847 at age 82, without issue.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesex, for 56 years, as Father of the House of Commons.² He lived at Wrotham Park, London, England.²
