     Winifred Andrews was born on 22 July 1884.¹ She was the daughter of George Andrews and Eugenie Lepper.¹ She married Douglas Cameron Lee, son of Herbert Grove Lee, on 9 March 1904.¹ She died on 29 June 1923 at age 38, leaving one daughter.¹
     From 9 March 1904, her married name became Lee.¹
