     He lived at Comber, County Down, Ireland^G.¹ He was in 1745 in the service of the Belfast Volunteers, garrisoning at Carrickfergus Castle, Carrickfergus, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹ He built a residence at Comber, County Down, Ireland^G, later known as ‘The Old House.¹‘ He gained the rank of Officer in 1760 in the County Down Foot Regiment.¹ He was the organizer and Commanding Officer of a Volunteer Company between 1779 and 1788.¹ He purchased the townland of Carnesure, Comber, County Down, Ireland^G, 1783.¹ He was a linen-bleacher, miller, soapboiler, chandler, and farmer, he had built a bleach-mill and a flour mill.¹

     Thomas Andrews was born in 1727.¹ He was the son of Thomas Andrews and Agnes Reid.¹ He married an unknown person circa 1775.¹ He died at Jamaica^G, without issue.¹
     He was the Churchwarden in 1774 at Comber, County Down, Ireland^G.¹ He leased Green Hall, Bleach-Green, Ballymena, County Antrim, Ireland^G, between 1774 and 1779.¹ He emigrated to Jamaica^G.¹

     Aaron Andrews was born in 1730.¹ He was the son of Thomas Andrews and Agnes Reid.¹ He died circa 1745.¹

     Elizabeth Andrews was born circa 1732.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Andrews and Agnes Reid.¹ She married Robert Greenlaw on 16 July 1762, having had one son and three daughters.¹ She died in 1772.¹
     From 16 July 1762, her married name became Greenlaw.¹

     Robert Greenlaw married Elizabeth Andrews, daughter of Thomas Andrews and Agnes Reid, on 16 July 1762, having had one son and three daughters.¹
     He lived at Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Corbitt was the daughter of Michael Corbitt.¹ She married John Andrews, son of Thomas Andrews and Agnes Reid, in 1746.¹ She died on 23 February 1790.¹
     From 1746, her married name became Andrews.¹

     Michael Corbitt lived at Newtownards, County Down, Ireland^G.¹
