     Lorenzo Alexander was born on 28 August 1853.¹ He was the son of John Alexander and Esther Brinkley.¹ He married Charlotte Catherine Louisa Gwatkin, daughter of Arthur John Campbell Gwatkin and Charlotte Henrietta Bevan, on 28 December 1899.¹ He died on 27 June 1942 at age 88 at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada^G.² He was buried at Ross Bay Cemetery, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada^G.²
     He lived at Sandon, British Columbia, Canada^G.¹

     Charlotte Catherine Louisa Gwatkin was born in 1875.² She was the daughter of Arthur John Campbell Gwatkin and Charlotte Henrietta Bevan.^1,3 She married Lorenzo Alexander, son of John Alexander and Esther Brinkley, on 28 December 1899.¹
     From 28 December 1899, her married name became Alexander.¹

     Arthur John Campbell Gwatkin was born on 15 July 1850 at Twickenham, London, England.² He was the son of Frederick Gwatkin and Louise Isabella Stapleton.² He married Charlotte Henrietta Bevan in 1875 at Twickenham, London, England.² He died in 1920 at Rugby, Warwickshire, England.²
