     From 1988, her married name became Sargallis.¹

     Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Owen Cochrane was born on 17 August 1881.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Basil Edward Cochrane and Cornelia Ramsay Owen.² He married Mary Lucy George, daughter of Sydney King George, on 18 January 1908.¹ He died on 27 January 1972 at age 90.¹
     He was educated at H.M.S. Britannia, England^G.¹ He was commanding officer of the H.M.A.S. Cairo, East India Station.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in 1924.¹ He was commander of the Devonport Gunnery School between 1927 and 1929.¹ He was Director of Training and Staff Duties between 1929 and 1931.¹ He was commanding officer of the H.M.S. Repulse between 1931 and 1932.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to King George V between 1932 and 1933.¹ He gained the rank of Convoy Commodore in the Royal Naval Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was menioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1943.¹

     Sydney King George lived at The Brackens, Ascot, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Lucy George was the daughter of Sydney King George.² She married Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Owen Cochrane, son of Vice-Admiral Basil Edward Cochrane and Cornelia Ramsay Owen, on 18 January 1908.¹ She died on 19 March 1955.¹
     Mary Lucy George also went by the nick-name of Molly.¹ From 18 January 1908, her married name became Cochrane.

     James Owen Cochrane was born on 21 July 1914 at Devonport, Devon, England.^1,2 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Owen Cochrane and Mary Lucy George.³ He married, firstly, Margaret Angela Clare Round-Turner, daughter of Vice-Admiral Charles Wolfram Round-Turner and Janet Mary Verrall, on 25 January 1941.¹ He died on 13 February 1943 at age 28 at North Africa^G, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Acting Major in the Royal Artillery.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1943.¹

     Vice-Admiral Charles Wolfram Round-Turner was born on 6 April 1879 at 102 Belgrave Road, London, England.² He was the son of Captain Henry Lewis Round-Turner and Clara Wortley Strong.² He married Janet Mary Verrall, daughter of Sir Thomas Jenner Verrall and Mary Elizabeth Catt, on 2 January 1915 at St. Jude’s, Southsea, Hampshire, England.² He died on 30 January 1953 at age 73 at Folkestone, Kent, England.^2,3
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹
