     Geoffrey Manners Cavendish was born on 3 October 1910.¹ He was the son of Tyrell William Cavendish and Julia Florence Siegel.¹ He married, firstly, Caecilia Frances Patricia Pharazyn, daughter of Godfrey Norris Pharazyn, on 9 October 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Pamela Osborn, daughter of Captain George Ashby Chadwick Osborn, on 16 October 1967.¹ He died on 27 May 2007 at age 96.²
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Faraday House Engineering College, England^G, with a Diploma.¹ He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Institution of Electrical Engineers (M.I.E.E.)¹ He was an Air Ministry Examiner in the Scientific and Electrical Section of the Aeronautical Inspection Directorates.¹ He lived in 2003 at 7 Gema Close, Allestree, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Crakemarsh Hall, Staffordshire, England.³

     Caecilia Frances Patricia Pharazyn was the daughter of Godfrey Norris Pharazyn.¹ She married Geoffrey Manners Cavendish, son of Tyrell William Cavendish and Julia Florence Siegel, on 9 October 1937.¹ She died on 18 April 1968.¹
     From 9 October 1937, her married name became Cavendish.¹

     Godfrey Norris Pharazyn was born on 10 January 1872 at Wellington, New Zealand.² He was the son of William Pharazyn and Frances Mary Greenwood.² He married Ella Cecilia Johnston, daughter of Hon. Walter Woods Johnston and Cecilia Augusta Goring.² He died on 1 January 1941 at age 68 at Dannevirke, New Zealand.²
