Robert Needham, 2nd Viscount Kilmorey was the son of Robert Needham, 1st Viscount Kilmorey and Jane Lacy.1,2 He married, firstly, Frances Anderson, daughter of Sir Henry Anderson, circa 4 June 1607.2 He married, secondly, Eleanor Dutton, daughter of Thomas Dutton and Thomasine Anderton, circa 31 October 1636.2 He died on 12 September 1653.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme in 1614.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Kilmorey, in Queen’s Co. [I., 1625] on 26 November 1631.2
