     He was created 1st Baron Poynings in 1545.

     Sir Richard Rogers was born circa 1527.² He was the son of Sir John Rogers and Katherine Weston.² He married Mary West, daughter of Sir Owen West and Mary Guildford.¹ He died before 11 May 1605.² His will was proven (by probate) on 11 May 1605.²
     He lived at Brynston, Dorset, England.² He held the office of Sheriff of Dorset from 1573 to 1574.² In 1577 he was involved in a piracy scandal, for which he was fined £100 and bound over to return his loot.² He held the office of Sheriff of Dorset from 1587 to 1588.²

     Anne West is the daughter of Sir Owen West and Mary Guildford.¹

     Leonard West is the son of Sir Thomas West, 8th Lord la Warre and Eleanor Copley.¹
     He was ancestor of the Wests of Alscot Park, Gloucestershire.¹

     Hon. Robert West is the son of Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware and Cecily Shirley.¹ He married Elizabeth Coch.¹

     Sir Robert Morton lived at Lechlade, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Strange is the daughter of Thomas Strange.¹ She married William West, 1st Baron Delaware, son of Sir George West and Elizabeth Morton, before 1555.¹
     From before 1555, her married name became West.¹ After her marriage, Elizabeth Strange was styled as Baroness Delaware on 5 February 1569/70.

     Her married name became Oliver.¹ Her married name became West.¹ From after 1595, her married name became Kemish.¹
