     From 1975, her married name became Dixon-Brown.

     Brigadier Cecil Thomas Dixon-Brown was born on 26 August 1894.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frank Brown.³ He married Olga Nikolaevna Demidova.³ He died on 24 July 1942 at age 47 at India, killed in an air crash.³
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was commissioned in 1912 with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, in the service of the Royal MArines.⁴ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Marines.¹

     Cecil Lewis Dixon-Brown is the son of Brigadier Cecil Thomas Dixon-Brown and Olga Nikolaevna Demidova.^2,3 He married Sarah Fiola Elsworth Steen, daughter of Professor Robert Elsworth Steen and Elizabeth Margaret Cochrane, in 1975.⁴
     He lived at Chepstow Villas, Kensington, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Marines.⁴
