     Thomas Cooke was born on 8 July 1790.² He was the son of Very Rev. Thomas Trench and Mary Weldon.¹ He married Catherine Croasdaile, daughter of Colonel Richard Croasdaile and Elizabeth Sandes, on 5 June 1826.² He died on 9 April 1851 at age 60.² He was buried at Coolbanagher Church, Emo, County Laois, Ireland^G.²
     He was given the name of Thomas Trench at birth.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1808 in the Royal Horse Artillery.² He retired from the military in 1818.² In 1850 his name was legally changed to Thomas Cooke.¹ He lived at Millicent, County Kildare, Ireland^G.³

     Catherine Croasdaile was born on 16 May 1793.² She was the daughter of Colonel Richard Croasdaile and Elizabeth Sandes.³ She married Thomas Cooke, son of Very Rev. Thomas Trench and Mary Weldon, on 5 June 1826.⁴ She died on 4 February 1871 at age 77.² She was buried at Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²
     From 5 June 1826, her married name became Trench.¹ From 1850, her married name became Cooke.¹

     Thomas Richard Frederick Cooke-Trench was born on 18 August 1829.² He was the son of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ He married Caroline Elizabeth Heathcote, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir William Heathcote, 5th Bt. and Hon. Caroline Frances Perceval, on 17 August 1858.³ He died in 1902, without issue.¹
     He was given the name of Thomas Richard Frederick Trench at birth.¹ In 1858 his name was legally changed to Thomas Richard Frederick Cooke-Trench.¹ He wrote the book Memoirs of the Trench Family, published 1897.¹

     Caroline Elizabeth Heathcote was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir William Heathcote, 5th Bt. and Hon. Caroline Frances Perceval.² She married Thomas Richard Frederick Cooke-Trench, son of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile, on 17 August 1858.³ She died on 24 November 1910, without issue.³
     From 17 August 1858, her married name became Cooke-Trench.

     Richard Frederick Trench was born on 11 December 1833.² He was the son of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ He died on 27 February 1835 at age 1.² He was buried at Coolbanagher Church, Emo, County Laois, Ireland^G.²

     Elizabeth Jane Trench was born on 1 April 1827.² She was the daughter of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ She died on 7 September 1836 at age 9.² She was buried at Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²

     Maria Trench was born on 19 April 1828.² She was the daughter of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ She died in 1917.¹
     She wrote the book Letters and Memorials of Archbishop Trench.² She wrote the book Life of St. Teresa.² She wrote the book Story of the Gospels.² She wrote the book Charles Lowder.²

     Charlotte Trench was born in 1830.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ She died in 1830.¹ She was buried at Coolbanagher Church, Emo, County Laois, Ireland^G.²

     Catherine Louisa Trench was born on 10 March 1832.² She was the daughter of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile.¹ She married Alexander Richard Kirkpatrick, son of William Kirkpatrick and Mary Carr, in August 1854.^1,2 She died on 15 October 1910 at age 78.³
     From August 1854, her married name became Kirkpatrick.¹

     Alexander Richard Kirkpatrick was born on 6 August 1814.² He was the son of William Kirkpatrick and Mary Carr.² He married Catherine Louisa Trench, daughter of Thomas Cooke and Catherine Croasdaile, in August 1854.^1,3 He died on 17 February 1891 at age 76.²
     He lived at Donacomper, County Kildare, Ireland^G.³
