     From 28 October 1869, her married name became Johnson-Brooke.¹

     Sir Charles Vyner de Windt Brooke was born on 26 September 1874.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Anthony Johnson-Brooke and Margaret Alice Lili de Windt.¹ He married Hon. Sylvia Leonora Brett, daughter of Reginald Baliol Brett, 2nd Viscount Esher and Eleanor Frances Weston Van de Weyer, on 21 February 1911 at England.¹ He died on 9 May 1963 at age 88 at 13 Albion Street, Bayswater, London, England^G.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant between 1911 and 1913 in the 3rd County of London Yeomanry.² He succeeded as the HH The Rajah of Sarawak in 1917.³ He held the office of Rajah of Sarawak between 1917 and 1 July 1946.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.) in 1927.¹

     Bertram Willes Dayrell Brooke was born in 1876.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Anthony Johnson-Brooke and Margaret Alice Lili de Windt.¹ He married Gladys Milton Palmer, daughter of Sir Walter Palmer, 1st and last Bt. and Jean Craig, on 28 June 1904.² He died on 15 September 1965.^1,2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.³ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.³ He held the office of Tuan Mudah of Sarawak.² He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Queensland between 1905 and 1907.³ He fought in the First World War.³ He gained the rank of officer between 1914 and 1917 in the Berkshire Battalion, Royal Horse Artillery.³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.² He lived at Sarawak Lodge, Newton Road, Singapore^G.³

     Harry Keppel Brooke was born on 10 November 1879.² He was the son of Sir Charles Anthony Johnson-Brooke and Margaret Alice Lili de Windt.¹ He married Dorothy Craig on 7 November 1910.² He died on 11 November 1926 at age 47.²
     He held the office of Tuan Bongsu of Sarawak.²

     Hon. Sylvia Leonora Brett was born on 25 February 1885.¹ She was the daughter of Reginald Baliol Brett, 2nd Viscount Esher and Eleanor Frances Weston Van de Weyer.² She married Sir Charles Vyner de Windt Brooke, son of Sir Charles Anthony Johnson-Brooke and Margaret Alice Lili de Windt, on 21 February 1911 at England.³ She died in 1971.¹
     From 21 February 1911, her married name became Brooke.³ She wrote the book The Queen of the Headhunters.⁴

     Dayang Leonora Margaret Brooke is the daughter of Sir Charles Vyner de Windt Brooke and Hon. Sylvia Leonora Brett.^2,1 She married, firstly, Kenneth Mackay, 2nd Earl of Inchcape, son of James Lyle Mackay, 1st Earl of Inchcape and Jean Paterson Shanks, on 1 June 1933.¹ She married, secondly, Colonel Francis Parker Tompkins, son of Colonel Frank Tompkins, on 22 March 1946.¹
     After her marriage, Dayang Leonora Margaret Brooke was styled as Countess of Inchcape on 1 June 1933. From 1 June 1933, her married name became Mackay. From 22 March 1946, her married name became Tompkins.
