     Andrew Thomas Foley was born on 30 June 1937.1 He was the son of Major Henry Thomas Hamilton Foley and Helen Constance Margaret Pearson.1 He married, firstly, Gillian Brown, daughter of William Carleton Brown, on 26 March 1968.1 He and Gillian Brown were divorced in 1994.1 He married, secondly, Melanie Jacqueline Westall-Reece in 1995 at Hereford Registry Office, Hereford, Herefordshire, EnglandG.2,3 He died on 15 October 2007 at age 70 at Old Swinford Hospital School, Stourbridge, Worcestershire, EnglandG.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.1

     Gillian Brown was born circa 1938.2 She was the daughter of William Carleton Brown.1 She married Andrew Thomas Foley, son of Major Henry Thomas Hamilton Foley and Helen Constance Margaret Pearson, on 26 March 1968.1 She and Andrew Thomas Foley were divorced in 1994.1 She died on 6 May 2021.2
     From 26 March 1968, her married name became Foley.1
