     Sir Nathaniel Hodges lived at Wimbledon, Surrey, England.²

     Anne Hodges was the daughter of Sir Nathaniel Hodges.² She married, firstly, Warner Perkins before 1737.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Lambert Middleton, 4th Bt., son of Sir John Middleton, 2nd Bt. and Frances Lambert, in 1737.¹ She died in 1762.¹
     From before 1737, her married name became Perkins.¹ From 1737, her married name became Middleton.

     Sir William Middleton, 5th Bt. was born on 6 June 1738.¹ He was the son of Sir John Lambert Middleton, 4th Bt. and Anne Hodges.² He married Jane Monck, daughter of Lawrence Monck and Jane Cunnington, on 20 April 1774.¹ He died on 7 July 1795 at age 57.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Horse Guards.² He fought in the Battle of Minden on 1 August 1759, where he was severely wounded.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Middleton, of Belsay Castle, co. Northumberland [E., 1662] on 22 March 1768.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northumberland in 1774.²

     John Middleton was the son of Sir John Lambert Middleton, 4th Bt. and Anne Hodges.² He married Catherine Thorne, daughter of Amos Thorne.¹ He died in November 1778.¹
     He lived at Bickington, Devon, England^G.¹

     Catherine Thorne is the daughter of Amos Thorne.² She married John Middleton, son of Sir John Lambert Middleton, 4th Bt. and Anne Hodges.¹
     Her married name became Middleton.

     John Middleton was born on 25 January 1771.¹ He was the son of John Middleton and Catherine Thorne.² He married Martha (?)¹

     Martha (?) married John Middleton, son of John Middleton and Catherine Thorne.¹
     Her married name became Middleton.

     Reverend John Clement Middleton was the son of John Middleton and Martha (?)² He married Emily Miller, daughter of Robert Miller, in 1877.¹ He died on 13 December 1899.¹
     He was the Rector at Greeenford, London, England^G.¹

     Robert Miller was a practising Serjeant-at-law.¹
