Sir John Lowther Johnstone of Westerhall, 6th Bt.1
He unsuccessfully claimed the Marquessate of Annandale.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Johnstone, of Westerhall [N.S., 1700] on 30 May 1805.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weymouth in 1810.2

George Thomas Sotheron-Estcourt, 1st and last Baron Estcourt1 
He was given the name of George Thomas Bucknall-Estcourt at birth.1 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1865 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North Wiltshire between 1875 and 1885.1 In 1876 he succeeded to the estate of Darrington from his uncle.1 In 1876 his name was legally changed to George Thomas Sotheron-Estcourt.1 He was created 1st Baron Estcourt, of Estcourt, Shipton Moyne, co. Gloucester and of Darrington, West Riding, Yorkshire [U.K.] on 3 August 1903.1 On his death, his title became extinct.1
